I am so happy and relieved.  Drinking all my water and staying OP really does work.

Lose total of 5 pounds to get 5 pound bookmark.

Lose 5 pounds to get to a total of 10 pound weight loss.
   
4.
Hit 10% goal = 264 pounds.
   
5.
Lose 10 pounds to equal 254 pounds.
   
6.
Lose 10 pounds to equal 244 pounds.
   
7.
Hit second 10% goal = 234 pounds.
   
8.
Lose 10 pounds to equal 224 pounds.
   
9.
Lose 10 pounds to equal 214 pounds.
   
10.
Lose 10 pounds to equal 204 pounds.
   
11.
Say good bye to 200's for every.  Onederland here I am to stay!!!!  :):):)
   
12.
Lose 10 pounds to equal 194 pounds.
   
13.
Lose 10 pounds to equal 184 a personal goal, but continue on to become lifetime, 150.

Start Curves regularly 4 times a week, Mon., Wed, Thur, and Sat.

Start loving myself for the person I am.  I know that by losing weight I am not automatically going to feel better about myself.
